I live with my family in a beautiful and peaceful part of Shermanbury in West Sussex.  I was lucky enough to be bought a pony at the age of 8 and haven't looked back since. Over the years I have built up an understanding with horses to the point where I'm often asked to help solve other peoples particular problems with their own horses.  I decided to put my abilities to good use and have now undertaken several training courses to enable me to share my skills with others for the benefit of their horses.  You can never learn enough about the horse, the more courses I do the more interested in particular subjects I have become.  

 

I am qualified to practice the art of Merishia Equine Massage which I have found very beneficial in many different ways for the horses I have treated.  Those of you who have treated themselves to a massage you will acknowledge the benefits you have felt not only with the sense of wellbeing but with the relaxed state it leaves your body and mind in.  I have studied Bio Mechanics and Stretch as this is vital in aiding the balance and mobility we all strive for from our Equine friends.   I aim to become a Reiki practioner in 2010, as many of you know Reiki cannot be fully learnt in a few days and takes many years to perfect the art.  Reiki has been used on our equine friends with great results.  The use of essential oils with horses is something I intend to investigate over the next few years, I have already seen benefits when using them in combination with massage.

 

My aim is to provide Equine complimentary therapies at a price that is affordable for the average horse owner.
